I created this abstract design with leftover flame-worked pieces from a large project.
After working with hundreds of pieces, I became familiar with the shapes and colors and how they are attached. Many years ago, I learned that the first third of a project is the most intense and uncertain. Afterward, I’m in the comfort zone, which some call flow.
This is the rollercoaster so many artists talk about. From the feeling of inadequacy, possibly an imposter, to euphoria.
